As the name suggests, the project is for the charted accountant firms with sophisticated workflows and process management, typically, an ERP implementation tailor-made for CA firms. Yet again, we followed lean methodology, kick starting the project with the MVP with an idea of fleshing it after the project kicks off well.
Our team at mako were first involved in analysis, and after getting to the roots of the requirement and solution that would look apt, we recommended SAAS model for the delivery given the application architecture. We wanted the software product to go global with cloud integration adding more weight to the project. This is one of the successfully executed and ongoing project at Mako with dedicated resources.
Our first SAAS project – to recall, from the idea to the final stages of where we are, every step was a challenge for us.
